JOSEPH G. SOLIZ - Joseph, the firm's owner, founder and managing
attorney, is an attorney with approximately 44 years of legal experience. He is a 1976 Graduate of Texas State University-San
Marcos and a 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School. Joseph is an Adjunct Professor, teaching Introduction to Law, Business Law,
Oil & Gas Law and other legal courses at Lone Star College - North Harris. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas,
and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Joseph is also licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance as an Escrow Officer
in Texas. Too, he is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Joseph has continously
been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1979. His practice areas include the following: oil, gas & mineral
law; real estate law; corporate, commercial, business and contract law; governmental relations, debtor/creditor issues; litigation
and alternative dispute resolution; probate; and estate planning. In addition to his legal practice, Joseph serves
as a member on the Board of Directors of and SER Ninos, Inc. d/b/a SER Ninos Charter School (www.serninos.org), an
open enrollment charter school operating in the Gulfton Area of Houston, Texas. He also currently serves as a member
of the Paralegal Program Advisory Committee of San Jacinto College. Joseph
also presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Water Authority and the Queensbury Theatre. He
has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of CanCare, Inc., Energulf Resources,
Inc., the Executive Service Corps of Houston, the Harris County Private Industry Council, the Houston Hispanic Forum,
the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, the Houston Young Lawyers Association,
and SER-Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, Inc. He has also served on the City of Houston's Civil Service Commission,
as well as the Strategic Planning Committee and the Shared Decision Making Committee of Houston I.S.D.'s The Rice School/La
Escuela Rice. He is a graduate of the American Leadership Forum - Houston/Gulf (Class L), Leadership Houston (Class

CHRISTOPER CARMONA - Chris
is Of Counsel to the firm. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in December 2009 and was licensed to practice
in Texas in May 2010. Chris' legal experience includes working in the areas of corporate, business and commercial litigation,
family law, criminal, consumer, and labor and employment law since 2010 as well as being lead counsel and Manager of Dispute
Resolution from 2010 to 2011 for the Houston Organization of Public Employees (HOPE). His work there included successfully
reorganizing the dispute resolution division to effectively manage union member's grievance process, conducting investigations
relating to union member grievance issues and serving Exclusive Bargaining Agent representing employees of the City of Houston
in labor and employment issues at all levels of disciplinary actions up to and including termination hearings. His email address

She completed her advanced technical certificate in Paralegal Studies at Lone Star College in May 2020. Janice’s paralegal
experience includes work in all of the firm’s principal practice areas. Prior to receiving her paralegal certificate,
Janice earned a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology and a Doctorate in Elementary Education. She worked
as a speech and language pathologist for ten years, before working in higher education as a faculty member and department
